Rock Barracks Open Day, Woodbridge 3rd September 2011
The third Open Day at Rock Barracks, 11am to 5pm Saturday 3rd September, started with blue skies and sunshine which lasted throughout the day.
The day comprised of a selection of Events from Superstar Competitions seven in total, Bridge building with a final later in the day, Section Attack, Cadets Parade, Recovery Display, Martial Arts demo by Hollesly Judo Club and a Belly dancing demonstration !
Along with a huge range of stalls and amusements, plenty for all to choose from…
The RAF Search and Rescue Helicopter from Wattisham, passed by the Rock Barracks having completed a display at Duxford and was a welcome sight by all those attending for what turned out to be a wonderful day.
Compéring for the day was presented by Barry Burns for Deben Radio CIC..
